This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that arise during normal use of the telescope.

Unauthorized Modifications: Any damage resulting from attempts to self-repair, collimate incorrectly, or modify the telescope with non-standard accessories.

-
Part Availability: Given that extended warranties apply to older products, specific parts may inevitably become obsolete. If a direct replacement part is unavailable, EDISLA reserves the right to offer a functional equivalent or store credit at the current market value of the defective component.
6. Limitation of Liability
The maximum liability of EDISLA under this Extended Warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product. EDISLA is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
7. Final Determination
All warranty claims are subject to physical inspection by EDISLA technicians. If the damage is determined to be caused by user error, improper storage (heat/mold), or neglect, the claim will be denied, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
